ETIQUETTE, MANNERS AND DINING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS
“Charm is the ability to make someone else think that both of you are wonderful.” ~ Edgar Magnin
It is a challenge sometimes when you think about giving a special gift to your child or grandchild, one that will last a lifetime. A good place to start would be a gift that will enable him or her to succeed in life by knowing how to handle themselves in social, academic and professional situations with style and ease.
My goal is to provide your child with the necessary tools to build a solid future, through confidence, self-respect, leadership, integrity… in an entertaining, self assuring environment. My one-day and two-day workshops and dining tutorials are engaging, interactive, age appropriate, youth programs. Participants will learn the power of etiquette and manners. Your child will learn and practice social, leadership, dining and communications skills which will provide the necessary tools to be confident and comfortable in any given social situation.
The workshops are highly interactive, fun-filled, role-playing youth programs. Each participant is provided an illustrated workbook to have as a reference keepsake for their future. These workbooks reinforce their lessons learned.

TEEN ETIQUETTE AND MANNERS
Ages 13-18
“Be fearless and each day you must meet someone new.” ~ Lord Beaverbrook
With the Teen Programs, graduates will be better prepared to face life’s social and leadership challenges and ensure an effortless transition into adult life.
It is difficult being a teenager in this environment, and equally difficult for a parent to try and navigate their teen successfully through this quagmire of peer pressure and constant negative messages. In most cases this does not necessarily reflect the values that we as parents have tried to instill in our teens. We want our teens to develop their own sense of worth, confidence, independent thinking and self-esteem.
Teen etiquette and dining programs are designed to give young adults the social skills that are essential in developing confident, self-assured mature adults. These programs are designed specifically to meet the needs of this age group.
Let me help you give your teen the tools that are necessary to handle themselves in social situations with poise and confidence. And eventually venture into the business world.

PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SAVVY
Young Adults and Professionals
“The eyes are more exact witnesses than the ears.” ~ Heraclitus
Young adults and professionals will develop the necessary tools to project a positive self image and confidence in both the business and social arenas.
As we all know, our world is becoming smaller and smaller and our young adults and professionals are being challenged by a worldwide competition. No longer is an MBA enough, companies are looking for that extra something that makes you stand apart from everyone else. Today’s young professional will discover that good business etiquette is a tool that gives one the cutting edge in the business arena. It is also something that top management keeps in mind when promoting employees to key positions ~ particularly those positions involving interaction with persons outside the company.
These programs are highly interactive, enjoyable and specifically designed to provide participants with powerful business etiquette skills that will give them “the edge” that is so desired. My objective is to assist young professionals to project a positive self image, confidence and polish in both business and social situations.
Recent studies by Harvard University, The Carnegie Foundation and The Stanford Research Institute have all led to the same noteworthy conclusion: “Technical skills and knowledge account for 15 percent of the reason you get a job, keep a job, and advance in a job. Eighty-five percent of your job success is connected to your people skills.” If you combine that with the fact that many business decisions are made during social functions and that 80 percent of all business is conducted over a meal, then you begin to understand the important role that etiquette and manners really plays in today’s society. Possessing these skills affords you the comfort level that others don’t, this allows you to put the business of which fork to use behind you and thereby focus on the more important issues at hand.
